Nexium Control 20mg Delayed Release is a proton pump inhibitor that helps to prevent the release of acid in the stomach. It is a short-term treatment for conditions such as reflux, heartburn, acid reflux, and acid indigestion. Nexium Control is a treatment for the chronic and refractory heartburn (heartburn that occurs more than 2 days after eating food) that is caused by a specific bacteria called proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). PPIs are responsible for the reflux of the stomach and cause symptoms such as heartburn, acid reflux, and acid indigestion. With Nexium Control, this treatment stops the reflux of acid from occurring more quickly than before it happened. The active ingredient, salsalate, is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It works by reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach, reducing the acid production in the stomach, and preventing the reflux of acid from occurring more quickly than before it happened. It is important to remember that this treatment only works when you are treated for acid reflux, heartburn, heartburn caused by your proton pump inhibitor (PPI).
